To simplify ordering we have developed this order form. Fill out each space on the form correctly (especially email address, since this is how we will contact you for confirmation of your order) in order to insure your order gets processed and shipped correctly. When filling out the items you wish to order, remember to include the artist and title as well as the format. Please wait for email confirmation of your total (this will usually occur within 24 hours) before sending payment. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHECKS! International Orders can be paid for via cash, charge(we reserve the right not to accept credit cards), Western Union, Western Union money order, or International Postal Money Order.
